I have Fibromyalgia, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and Ankylosing Spondylitis. On top of having the most obscurely named conditions, I had no quality of life. I was medicated to the hilt and unable to care for my beautiful daughters. I was fatigued, in chronic pain and angry that my mind still believed I could do what my body refused to. Heal.

As a Root Cause Analysis Executive my job was to get to the root cause of any problem and I would tirelessly research in a bid to get back to being the mother and wife that my family deserved.

Eventually, I found Reiki, or rather it found me. I trained in Reiki in order to heal myself and within two months I was fitter than I had been in six years.

I will always have my conditions but now they don’t have me.

I went on to qualify as a Reflexologist and am now able to offer these amazing treatments too. Reflexology is a beautiful therapy and can be combined with Reiki for a more powerful treatment.

I am so honoured to be able to say that I am both an Usui Reiki Master and Kundalini Reiki Master as well as a qualified crystal therapist.

Having an ingrained ability to spot trends I have realised that many of my clients would benefit from being able to change their mindset and have more control over their own thoughts. I recently decided to study Hypnotherapy under the most famous hypnotherapist in the world Mr Paul Mckenna.

It is my goal to help others overcome illness and welcome happiness back into their lives.
